With the closure of three childcare centers in St. Paul this spring following on the heels of the closures of two other long-standing St. Paul programs in the past year, childcare providers, parents, teachers, and community members gathered for an emergency roundtable to talk about the collapse of childcare in the city and what we can do about it.
